How do I know if you are a legitimate company?

We Reclaim is a trading name of Adlib Finance Limited we are Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of regulated claims management activity FRN837070

What service do you provide?

PPI Mis-Selling – We will assess your claim, compile and forward a comprehensive case to your lender to request a refund plus interest of the total cost of the premium (the law states you should be put back to the same financial position as if PPI was never taken) if the lender refuses to pay we will forward to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or where applicable the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and follow through to conclusion.

What is covered?

Unsecured Loans, Secured Loans, Vehicle Finance

Settled Loans – Did you repay early and receive little or no insurance rebate? Did you renew your loan with the same lender and again receive little or no insurance rebate and therefore end up borrowing more! This includes loans settled within the last 6 years – or longer if you still have the paperwork

Credit or Store cards & Mail order catalogues/ accounts – either with an outstanding balance or settled as above.

How much are your fees?

We do not charge any upfront fees and only receive payment if we are successful with your claim. We retain a total of 20% plus vat (at the current rate that’s a total of 24%) of the gross benefit or redress awarded, prior to HMRC’s deduction. If we don’t recover you anything, you don’t pay us!

What happens to my personal data?

Is it O.K to keep using my card?

Yes – the reclaiming of mis-sold payment protection should not effect the use of your card.

Will this affect my credit rating?

Absolutely not providing you continue making your agreed payments to your lender.

Have I got any alternative route of redress?

Yes, you could approach the Financial Ombudsman or seek assistance from organisations such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, Advice UK, National Debtline, Consumer Credit Counselling Services and Parents, Pennies and Pounds or you could reclaim yourself, our aim is to take the stress and aggravation away. If you do pursue yourself, be prepared to be very tenacious and dont accept any first rejects.

How long does the process take?

It could be as quick as 3 weeks it really depends on how your lender co-operates, however if we have to pursue through FOS or FSCS then this could take longer.
